SHIPPING: We do not issue refunds or replace orders when the tracking shows that the order has been delivered. You will need to contact your local post office with the tracking number and ask for assistance in locating where the package was delivered.

Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. If your item gets returned, you will need to pay to reship it.
