Refund policy

IMPORTANT SHIPPING AND RETURN INFORMATION:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES PHYSICAL CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS: Items that are custom printed for you (t-shirts/mugs/totes/canvas), we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure to check your clothing measurements against the size chart in the listing and/or the mug size listed (oz). If the item is broken or defective (color/unreadable/etc.), take pictures of the damaged item and contact/e-mail us within fourteen days of receipt. We will discuss the process to have the item/s replaced.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES PHYSICAL ITEMS NOT CUSTOM-MADE: We do offer returns for items for fourteen days. The Buyer pays for return shipping. If the item is in the same condition as when purchased, a refund will be made, minus the shipping costs. If the item is broken or defective, take pictures of the damaged item and contact/e-mail us within fourteen days of receipt. We will work to have the item/s returned and a full refund.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES DIGITAL ITEMS: We do offer returns for digital items. If there are any
questions concerning the item(s) purchased, please contact us to discuss the situation.

SHIPPING: We do not issue refunds or replace orders when the tracking shows that the order has been delivered. You will need to contact your local post office with the tracking number and ask for assistance in locating where the package was delivered.

Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. If your item gets returned, you will need to pay to reship it.

 The shipping offers an estimated delivery date. Please check the order and delivery address prior to submitting the order for processing.
 
NOTE: The designs on the t-shirts, mugs, totes, etc are designed by Simple Profound Life LLC. We use a production partner to print our items. We use Direct-To-Garment printing on our apparel which means a pigmented water-based ink is applied to the garment’s surface and is absorbed by the product’s fibers. The design is put right into the shirt instead of like vinyl on top of shirt. This type of printing should last and may have slight color changes due to lighting or color.  We strive for 100% satisfaction.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
